Privacy policy
The security and protection of your data from unauthorised access are very important to CAAA.
We do not pass on your information to outside persons or organisations, nor is it sold for commercial purposes. Our service providers may only use the information to fulfil their tasks and are obliged to comply with the strict Swiss data protection regulations.
CAAA has its own database and manages the addresses itself.
Personal data that you provide to us via online donations is transmitted via a secure connection in encrypted form and handled by qualified service providers (e.g. Postbank).
Transparency
Handling donations requires a high degree of care. In order to maintain and preserve the trust of our members and donors, CAAA attaches great importance to transparency.
All our financial transactions are published in the annual report in the operating account and balance sheet. The members of the Board of Directors and all project supporters work on a voluntary basis and receive neither expenses nor reimbursement of expenses.
Control
CAAA is audited by ZEWO (Central Office for Charitable Enterprises) and our balance sheet and annual accounts are checked by federally certified auditors.
The Zewo seal of approval stands for conscientious handling of donations and guarantees that donations are used for the intended purpose, effectively and economically.
The accounts are drawn up in accordance with the principles of Swiss GAAP FER.
